All rooms have luxurious king size beds meant for a maximum of double occupancy.

Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11 am.

Early check out will incur a fee of one night’s room and tax. We always try to accommodate late check out when available. 

Should you need to cancel or alter your reservation, please notify Villa Mara 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid 1 night room charge plus tax. Holidays and special event weeks may have alternative cancellation policies. Reservations made special events will be non refundable and non-alterable. During said events total room and tax will be taken at the time of booking as a non-refundable deposit.

Villa Mara is an adult only property, guests must be 21 to check in. 

Due to the intimacy of the property we like to keep things quiet after 11 pm. 

A Daily Service fee of $35+tax per night includes an array of amenities including wifi, breakfast, and linus bikes.

We do not have phones in the rooms. Our staff can be easily contacted via a dedicated text message number.

Parking is easily found in front and on the side of the hotel. There are no parking restrictions in or around the neighborhood. 

We welcome well behaved dogs under 35 pounds with a one time fee of of $150 per stay, per dog (max 2 per room). Dogs are required to remain on leash at all times during their stay. We ask that dogs not be allowed on indoor and outdoor furniture. Dogs are never to be left alone in the guest room. We request that if you are bringing your furry friend you give us a call in advance, so we can plan accordingly.
